In order to appear in the race results, competitors must have:
(1) >> Registered HERE << (free RRoS.org account required)
(2) Valid insurance on file with the office (send updated scan/photo of insurance certificate to office@qcyc.ca)
(3) Skipper and all Crew accept QCYC Concussion Policy annually (aka every year)
