Racing has often been considered the bastion of men who go to sea, but QCYC has been working to change that with one of our season's highlights, the Women's Open Regatta (formerly the Women's Skipper's Race). Only female skippers allowed with the hope, more and more women will take to the sport and discover the beauty, grace and thrill of taming the wind.
