We recently heard from the YYC Harbormaster, Walt Slazyk here is a little of what he had to sayabout their club and facilities:

"YYC sincerely welcomes you and the Queen  City cruising group with open arms and we look forward to meeting all of you personally to ensure that you all have a memorable experience visiting our beautiful location on the mouth of the Lower Niagara River. Your visiting flotilla of 10-15 boats presents no matters of concern rafting up on one of our walls. If any of the cruisers prefer, as some often do, or if the situation warrants, moorings can be used as well. We have a visitor’s dock equipped with 30A power and water, a covered picnic shelter, picnic tables and brand new gas grills at the disposal of members as well as our visitors. Restrooms with shower facilities are a very short walk across a paved area. We also have vending ice chests with cubes and blocks for $2 USD cash each if anybody desires to purchase ice. The YYC Clubhouse restaurant and bar offer the highest degree of quality food and beverages with the utmost of professional, friendly and courteous service in a casual format. The local scenery with all its history is impressive and our sunsets are stunning panoramic photo opportunities.  There are places  to provision up in the Village of Youngstown within walking  distance such as a pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, gift shops and a few fine restaurants and fun bars. Youngstown is a very quiet, friendly and pleasant place to be in my opinion. We will do our very  best to make a good impression on your first timers as well as return visitors to YYC."
